We’re growing more than plants. We’re building a destination.

Bethel Grove Gardens is an evolving edible garden, nursery, and breeding program rooted in the Carolinas. We’re starting with an extensive collection of figs, including rare varieties and seedlings grown in pursuit of entirely new Bethel Grove cultivars.

Over time, we envision winding garden paths leading through fig orchards, berry gardens, native Carolina edibles, experimental growing areas, and pick-your-own fruit.

Visitors will be able to explore the gardens, taste fruit, discover new varieties, shop the nursery, and attend seasonal festivals, tastings, workshops, and family events.

And one day, we hope the heart of the garden includes a coffee shop and bakery, serving seasonal treats inspired by fruit grown just steps away.

Our goal is simple: create a place where people don’t just buy plants—they experience where their food comes from and discover what could grow next.
